Responsibilities:

• Formulate marketing and products strategies to drive business growth in Great China financial market;
• Explore and identify new promotion channels and offline-online platform for Great China market, especially in Greater Bay Area;
• Maintain the existing clients and acquire business opportunities with high value Chinese clients to solicit business opportunities and promote financial services in Hong Kong;
• Deliver high standard client serving experience, achieve consistent client satisfaction and relationship growth;
• Report to the board for progress and explore new business opportunities;
• Training and leading local staffs to make business develop strategies for clients in Greater Bay Area.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Marketing, Business, Economy or related disciplines;
• Minimum 10 years' relevant experience and at least 5 years’ managerial experience in financial industry and financial firm is a must;
• Have a strong network of clients and feeds in Greater China;
• Experience in financial industry in The Greater China is a definite advantage;
• Brilliant interpersonal, communication, presentation and analytical skills;
• Creative, energetic, aggressive, highly self-motivated, able to work under pressure and good at team building and training;
• Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, native level mandarin in business context is a prerequisite;
• Willing to travel.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $30,000.00 to $50,000.00/month

Duties and responsibilities

Manage settlement function

Perform daily settlement operations including corporate actions, SI, physical stock deposit and withdrawal, stock reconciliation, trade matching, master files maintaining, and other settlement activities;
Ensure all tasks are executed timely and accurately and in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements;
Participate in carious system enhancements to ensure efficient operations;
Perform other ad-hoc duties as required.

Requirments

At least 3 years relevant settlement experience in brokerage firm;
Solid hand-on experience in CCASS operations and settlement system;
Familiar with the Clearing Rules and settlement practices;
Responsible, initiative and able to work under pressure;
Good command in English and Chinese.
